RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Exceptions (Strictly Limited)
A return may be considered ONLY for ring size issues if:
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- A complete unboxing video is provided
Size Exchange
- Subject to product availability
- Customer must bear return shipping costs
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear images and video proof of the damage. Requests raised after this period or without sufficient proof may not be accepted. An exchange for the damaged item may be offered at no additional cost, subject to stock availability.
