General Policy
All sales are final. Nuance does not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations.

Exceptions (Strictly Limited)
A return may be considered ONLY if:  
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery  
- A complete unboxing video is provided  

Size Exchange
- Allowed only once per order  
- Subject to product availability  
- Customer must bear return shipping costs  

Refunds
- No monetary refunds are issued  
- Approved cases will be replaced with the same product  

Abuse Clause
Nuance reserves the right to deny any request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant with policy.
